Your comments on SNAP are sad but dead on. And your comments on TESLA are correct but perhaps a bit over the top. Musk was never at risk of losing his company position entirely, just have his wings clipped a bit. And I think the result is actually beneficial. If TESLA had come out with a statement, not provoked by an SEC lawsuit, saying Musk is resigning from the Board, 2 more directors are being appointed, and Musk is going to submit to Twitter posting oversight regarding anything that might involve TESLA business everyone would have celebrated. It is sad that the SEC had to put a boot up his ass, but I think TESLA and its shareholders have actually benefited from the SEC “inspired” changes. Pity that happy endings like that are not more common.
